Ilocos Trip Part IV

Thursday, January 28, 2016

Early morning, we left Pagudpud Beach to head to Vigan in Ilocos Sur but we had a lot of stop overs as there are more must-see places in Ilocos. Here are the sites we went to:

First stop: Marcos Museum and Mausoleum (Taking photos weren’t allowed at the mausoleum)

Second stop: Hidden Garden – This is where you can see and buy different varieties of plants where I bought a “Sanseveria” plant or what they call “Air Purifier”.

The food was great in Hidden Garden

Third stop: Luis “Chavit” Singson’s Baluarte which was built on a hill (Mini Zoo (Chavit’s Pets, Shooting Range etc.)

The park isn’t that well maintained and needs some reconstruction. We can support it by buying pet food and other souvenirs from the zoo. Well the kids seem to enjoy it so I just hope people will continue to support to help in maintaining it. Aaaand that’s the last as we’re off to the Heritage Village on my next post!
